The total plot size of the Holiday Village complex is approximately 23.000 square meters, including a shaped garden of more than 10.0000 sqm.

Block A is the building situated at the north (mounitain) side of the Holiday Village complex, next to the main entrance. It is different from the other 3 blocks, as it has only 2 apartments on each floor (24 apartments).

At the ground level it has two spaces for an office, shop or restaurant. These spaces were never used as such and are empty from the beginning. Below this level is the managers office, with the entrance at the south side of the building.

Block B is the second building situated at the north (mountain) side of the Holiday Village complex, to the left of the main entrance. It has two entrances each giving access to 2 apartments on each floor (total 48 apartments).
At the ground level it has a fitness room and sauna, with the entrance at the south side of the building.

Opposite of the south entrance of the building there is a separate pedestrian gate giving access to the Holiday Village complex.

Villas
Holiday Village has 8 villas, situated at the eastside of the complex. Villas have their own entrance / exit in the east wall of the complex and a private garage with direct acccess to the public road.
