Introduction / description
Holiday Village has its own power generators, sufficient to generate the electricity needed to fulfill the needs in case public electricity fails.

In 2009 extra safety frames were put in place, to prevent playing children from climbing the generator platform.

In 2008 the powerswitching logic was adjusted, so that only one generator is automatically started in case of a power failure. Usually one generator provides enough power to satisfy the needs of apartments and villas at any given time. Switching off one generator saves a lot of fuel and reduces sound levels significantly.
